Our Staff

The Executive Director provides leadership and vision for our affiliate consistent with the overall mission and values set forth by our Board of Directors. She promotes and upholds the covenant with Habitat for Humanity International. In addition, she reports to the Board and is responsible for staff management, internal and external public relations, donor solicitation and recognition, volunteer recruitment and recognition, family selection, budget development and adherence, oversight of the ReStore operations, and ensuring that board policies and goals are implemented by its committees. The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Board and Executive Committee, and an ad hoc member of all other Committees.

The Community Development Coordinator leads the strategic deployment of HFH-F/M’s programs and services so that their effects improve the quality of life in targeted neighborhoods.   He is responsible for assessing the development goals and housing needs of neighborhoods, evaluating the opportunities to work collaboratively with other organizations and making recommendations to HFH-F/M Leadership.  The CD Coordinator directly oversees the A Brush with Kindness efforts, community outreach, public funding for those programs, and assembles and leads teams of volunteers to develop new business and program areas as directed to meet community or strategic organizational objectives.A

The ReStore Manager generates revenue, creates positive visibility, implements and drives programs for donations, manages the overall operations of the ReStore , provides excellent customer service, evaluates merchandising set-up to maximize sales, and provides a high-quality customer to donor experience. The ReStore is the number one fundraiser for Habitat's mission and we rely heavily on the generous donations made to the ReStore .

The ReStore Associate assist the manager in certain administrative and operational functions of the HFH-FM ReStore.They assist the manager in achieving operational, financial, administrative, volunteer and customer goals.They are responsible for seeing that all items are priced and organized; assist in pickups and acceptance of donations; and assist customers in movement of merchandise for inspection and/or purchase.

The ReStore Ambassador is responsible for the pick up-of donated items from donors. They assist the Restore Associate with pickups and acceptance of donations; and assist c ustomers in movement of merchandise for inspection and/or purchase.
